We are a not-for-profit trust and Christchurch’s largest community and affordable housing provider, a registered community housing provider, affordable rental provider, and Progressive Home Ownership provider supporting people into affordable housing.

We support people on low to moderate incomes with housing that is stable, affordable, and supports long-term wellbeing.
