Fiona leads a multi-disciplinary team of planners, project coordinators and handy people in our exacting and often complex work delivering the best community and affordable housing possible.

It’s a big job. Our facilities team manages more than 2500 assets across Christchurch and Banks Peninsula, to the expectations set by myriad regulations and certifications - and those of our customers and communities.

Fiona came to ŌCHT after more than in the engineering sector to apply her significant experience in project management, environmental sustainability, and operational efficiency to our work. She’s proven a veritable Swiss Army Knife, spearheading systems and quality improvements through to championing our sector-leading ISO and Toitu Net Carbon Zero accreditations.

Fiona holds a science degree and several certifications in quality management and occupational health and safety. Outside work, she’s active in community initiatives and is a member of the Canterbury Branch of the Royal Society of New Zealand.
