Facilities Manager Fiona McNab ensures our facilities team provides the best asset management possible, maximising our maintenance and renewals spends to make our homes – our community assets – perform the way our households and our community expect them to.
Fiona’s interdisciplinary team undertakes or manages work with our contracting partners to effect reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and improvement programmes and renewals across our growing portfolio of more than 2400 homes.
The role demands a mix of detailed planning expertise, commercial nous, and a healthy dose of educated pragmatism – happily, attributes the former paramedic and volunteer firefighter has honed over more than 20 years in senior project management specialising in multi-million dollar public and private sector construction, infrastructure, and natural hazard resilience projects.
Fiona has a Master of Arts (Hons) and PMP certification. She’s also what’s euphemistically called an active relaxer who’s more likely to be skiing, cycling or building than watching Netflix in her time off.
