Framing up at Three Lanes Lyttelton Street
What a difference two weeks makes!
Construction is moving quickly at Three Lanes Lyttelton Street Somerfield, with 43 new homes taking shape.
Framing is nearly complete, and from next week, first floors will start going in.
The first roof is set to be installed in early to mid-March, and by mid-April, the units will be enclosed, weatherproof and watertight.
From there, brickwork will begin, followed by interior work - gib, plaster, and painting - starting in May.
Landscaping is planned for July and August, preparing the space for when tenants move into the community.
As the photos and video show, construction is progressing in stages for each block to ensure a smooth workflow.
"Every day something new is coming," said site manager Jhardin.
So, what’s on the way for Three Lanes Lyttelton Street Somerfield?
