It’s time for spring spouting cleans

It’s spouting clean time - again!

Spouting cleans happen at ŌCHT properties twice a year. They usually take place early spring (that’s now) and winter, when most trees have shed their leaves.

The latest cleaning round starts at the end of September and goes through to the end of October.

It’s important the spouting and down pipes are clear to avoid flooding in wet weather and to help maintain the property.

ŌCHT contractor Goleman Group checks and cleans the down pipes, and cleans and removes debris from inside the spouting.

It’s a big, and sometimes wet and dirty, job so please close windows and move your personal items away from the sides of your unit on the days they’re working in your community.
